Williamtown Aerospace Centre
About the project
Developed over seven years and sold in 2021 for over $55m, this six-building commercial centre created 8,000m2 of technical and office space, much of with security classification and sophisticated services. Principal clients included Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Martin Baker, University of Newcastle and Sonic Healthcare.
The development partnership and real estate was managed by Hunter Land during the project life.
