About the Estate

To be released in late 2021, Hunter Business Park will provide over $350m of land for business and industrial projects. Jointly developed with Stevens Group, the project will meet the pent-up demand for industrial land in the Newcastle region. Hunter Land will be the delivery and marketing partner.

Located at the corner of the M1 Motorway and John Renshaw Drive (access to Port, Brisbane via Pacific Hwy, and the M15 Hunter Expressway all converge here).
