Our People

Hunter Land’s founding principals Hilton Grugeon and Graham Burns, each with over 25 years direct experience in the property development industry, established the business in 1993 to carry out the development of Industrial and Commercial Projects in NSW Hunter Valley.

Over the years Hunter Land has earned a reputation as a leader in its field with a highly skilled team of professionals offering turnkey solutions for property development that includes land acquisition, estate design and management of every aspect of construction.

The directors work in many community groups and encourage strong involvement and support of local community organisations.

Hilton has been involved in commercial and industrial development since 1975. As a developer of light industrial estates, his company Erolmore doubled the area of Cardiff Industrial Estate from 1989 to 1993. Cardiff Industrial Estate was the largest light industrial suburb in the Hunter at this time.

He formed Hunter Land with Graham Burns in 1993 and has been involved in extensive development activity throughout NSW.
