About the Estate
Racecourse Business Park was developed by Hunter Land from 1998 onwards as a capital project and is now a major bulky goods retail and industrial estate of over 140 hectares drawing on the new residential developments around Rutherford, Chisholm, Gillieston Heights, Heddon Greta, Lochinvar, and the Upper Hunter.
Hunter Land completed a very successful 20,000 m2 bulky goods centre for Australia’s leading retailer Harvey Norman in 2007, at the entrance of the business park. Over 60 hectares of developed land and 20 individual building projects have been completed by us.
